This is an excellent community to live in. The staff provides outstanding customer service and is always friendly, professional, and willing to help. The common areas are beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The gym is well equipped and a great amenity for residents. The maintenance team is exceptional, responding quickly and resolving issues efficiently. The pricing is fair and offers great value for the quality of life and amenities provided. Overall, this is a beautiful, peaceful, and well-managed community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

I really liked the townhome! It is more high end than our other options. The only thing that I am concerned about is the side wall vent register that is found above the room entry door. Does not give privacy when you are in the room. I hope they update this. Just waiting for a better move in special….. Cindy was really patient. There were a couple of people waiting for tours and it was just her that day…..

Had the most phenomenal experience with not just one agent but the entire team. It was my first time visiting and my client had a very unique situation but no matter who I interacted with from leasing all the way up to corporate, I was provided next level service. Anna led an amazing tour. She was informative, communicative and really tailored the presentation to the needs of my client. My clients were so impressed we did an in office application. When Anna was busy touring other clients and I had questions, Anthony could immediately sense it and jumped in to help. He came to come check up on us in between his other tasks frequently ensuring the process was moving slowly. What really blew my mind is when we ran into a glitch and both leasing agents were busy, the Regional Manager Colleen jumped in and spent a significant time out of her busy workload of opening up a property from the ground up while managing a full portfolio. Colleen stayed with us until the application was complete. So impressed. After having just left property management after a 7 year career I can confidently say that I've never in all that time ran into such a supreme level of customer service. Whether you're looking for yourself or a property that will take care of your client, bring them on down to Avalon Tech Ridge and rest easy. This property will definitely be a default property for my Pflugerville clients moving forward.

The move in was quick. The leasing office didn’t just talk, they actually handled everything efficiently and got things done without unnecessary and typical back and forth. A true one stop place that makes apartment hunting simple and smooth. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed.

I recently toured this property with Cindy and had such a great experience! Even though the community is still under construction, everything was extremely well maintained and thoughtfully kept up. The apartments themselves were beautiful, and I really liked that they offered two different finish options to choose from. The model homes and units they showed were very clean and felt move-in ready. I was also impressed that garages are available, which is a huge plus. The amenities really stood out too — especially the gym, which is honestly one of the best parts of the property. The pool area was spotless and very well maintained, and overall the gates and grounds looked clean, secure, and cared for. On top of that, the location is prime and super convenient. Cindy did an amazing job touring me and answering all my questions. Definitely worth checking out if you’re apartment hunting!

Although the community is still under construction, I already love what I’ve seen so far. I completed my walk through earlier this month, and the layout and overall design really stood out to me. The area feels quiet and perfect for peaceful walks. The gym is a huge plus. It’s spacious and offers a wide variety of equipment, which makes it easy to get a full workout in. I also appreciate the multiple work pods. The leasing agents were kind and welcoming, and Anthony was wonderful to work with. I noticed a move-in special for the same floor plan about two weeks after I signed my lease, which I’m a little bummed about but I’m still excited to move in this May and see everything once construction is complete!

I have had an excellent experience living here. The apartment I was shown during my tour was the exact unit I moved into, and everything presented by the leasing team matched both the property and my lease agreement. The leasing agents have been consistently professional, responsive, friendly, and transparent whenever I have had questions. Despite ongoing construction nearby, I have found it to be neither loud nor disruptive. My unit is very quiet, and I rarely hear neighbors beyond the occasional door closing or brief hallway conversation. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and the amenities, especially the gym, are outstanding. Maintenance has also been prompt and responsive whenever needed. Overall, this has been a wonderful living experience, and I appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and care demonstrated by the entire team. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live.
